She was predeceased by: her spouse Oakley Leonard Mann; her parents, Damon W. Todd and Mildred Russell Todd; her son Dale Mann; her grandchildren, Christopher Pender and Bailey Alicia Craft; and her stepgranddaughter April McKenzie.
She is survived by: her children, Robin M. Woodward (David) of Orangeburg, SC, Hope M. McKenzie (Harvey) of Springfield, SC, Arnold L. Mann (Sheridan) of Tega Cay, SC and Gary R. Mann (Jennifer) of Orangeburg, SC; and her siblings, Clifton Todd (Debbie) of Groton, NY, Bernice Harris of Chapel Hill, NC and Judy Shepard (Keith). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; seven step great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; and three step great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dukes-Harley Funeral Home (3379 Columbia Rd NE, Orangeburg, SC 29118). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Columbia Road Church of God (2485 Columbia Rd NE, Orangeburg, SC 29118). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at the Crestlawn Memorial Gardens (4830 Columbia Rd NE, Orangeburg, SC 29118).
