He is survived by : his brothers, Robert Howe (Shelly) and Richard Howe (Malinda); his nieces and nephews, Amber (Jeremy), Kara, Will, Nathan and Jacob; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kaylee, Carli, Aden, Robert, Daniel and Chandler.
