He is survived by : his spouse Cammie Adair Zampell; his mother Helen Human Zampell of Inman; his children, Richard David Cash of Pacolet, Summer Cash Zampell of Pacolet, Kayla Cash Varner (Jayson) of Pacolet and Melissa Cash Upchurch (Christopher) of Pacolet; his sister Ronica Marie Zampell Andrews of Inman; and his grandchildren, Tyler Upchurch, Maddalyn Varner, Alayna Cash, Makenzie Upchurch, Olivia Fowler, Maddasyn Varner, Phenyx Zampell and Addalye Varner.
