She was predeceased by: her husband James "Bill" Dennis Brackins; and her parents, Walter Lee and Mae Lee. She is survived by: her son Wayne Brackins (Melanie); her grandson James Kelley of Pacolet; her sisters, Katherine Blackwell (Paul) and Clara Mae Rochester; her brother-in-law Tommy Brackins; and her caregivers, Cheryl Brown, Vickie Rapaldi, Kenyatta Moore, Shinaya Epps, Shinika Sullivan, April Williams, Antonia Toledo, Angela Werts and Jacqueline Mead. She is also survived by cousins and special nieces and nephews.
