He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry F. Mungo and Lois Funderburk Mungo; his wife Frances Hinson Mungo; his son Stanley Laney Mungo; and his sisters, Mary Funderburk and Judy Mills.
He is survived by: his children, Gregory Neil Mungo (Robin) of Pageland, SC and Alishia Mungo Branham (Paul) of Camden, SC; his grandchildren, Sophia Alley (Trey), Laney Mungo (Trey), Will Mungo (Kelly), Sam Mungo, Steven Branham, Nathan Branham (Ann Marie), Reed Branham (Ashleigh) and Mary Branham (Corey); his great grandchildren, Presley Alley, Madelyn Alexander, Kingsleigh Branham, Greer Branham and Owen Paul Branham; his sisters, Elaine Hendrix (Danny) and Theda Lynn; and his nephew Steve Jackson (Kathy).
