She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Hathaway and Carolyn Little Hathaway; her daughter Leianne Carolyn Carnes; her brothers, Ricky and Todd Hathaway; her granddaughter Ava Grace Bundrick; and her son Michael Carnes.
She is survived by: her husband William Atkinson; her children, Joseph Carnes (Casey) of Ruby, SC, Carrie Bundrick (Philip) of Pageland, SC and Donnie Atkinson; her grandchildren, Ryan Carnes (Briana), Alex Carnes, Bethany Carnes, Grasyn Bundrick, Kaleb Carnes (Madason), Chloe Carnes and Aiden Bundrick; her great grandchildren, Jackson, Isabella, Noah, Kasyn, Kodi, Asher, Lukas, Oakley and Willow; her sisters, Libby Hathaway Marsh of Chesterfield, SC and Mandi Merriott (Jeff) of Charlotte, NC; her niece Hannah Jordan (Adam); her great-nephews, Waylon Springer and Luke Jordan; and her caregiver Sam.
