It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jethro Cooper of Pamplico, South Carolina, who passed away on June 9, 2025, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Cooper and Ella Cooper; his wife Edna M. Cooper (Turner); his son Harry Cooper; his grandson Lewy Cooper; and his children-in-law, Myrtle Lee Cooper and Harrell Cox.
He is survived by: his children, Wayne Cooper, Larry Cooper, Brenda Cox, Becky Bellflowers (James) and Barry Cooper (Lisa); and his daughter-in-law Tammy Cooper. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the New Prospect Free Will Baptist Church (4221 Sheminally Rd, Pamplico, SC 29583). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Jethro's memory to New Prospect Free Will Baptist Church.
