He is survived by : his wife Barbara Ann Ferrell Cely of Pamplico; his son Joseph Eugene Cely, Jr. (Michelle) of Montgomery, AL; his grandchildren, Peyton Elizabeth Cely of Montgomery, AL, Bonnie Katherine Travaglio of Johnsonville, Emily Gene Travaglio of Johnsonville and Janie Olivia Travaglio of Johnsonville; his son-in-law Frank A. Travaglio of Johnsonville; his sister-in-law Cecile Cely of Newberry; his niece Cecilia Cely Hamilton of Newberry; his nephew Trey Cely (Barb) of Clayton, GA; and his brother-in-law Michael Perry Major (Karen) of Townville.
