He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Matthews Miller; his son James M. Miller (Edna Lee Miller); his siblings, Murrell Miller, Christopher Miller and Annie Lou Miller Windham; and his son-in-law Jay Owens.
He is survived by: his daughters, Pamela Miller Turner (Rusty) of Pamplico, Kimberly Miller of Pamplico and Tonya Miller Owens of Pamplico; his grandsons, John Elliot Turner of Columbia, Cameron Russell Turner of Nevada, Nickolas Jay Owens (Taylor Elaine Vaught) of Pamplico and John Murtha of Marion; and his siblings, Allen Miller (Geneva) of Florence and Bernice Miller Matthews of Florida. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; special friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the New Prospect Free Will Baptist Church, 4221 Sheminally Road, Pamplico, SC 29583.
