It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margie P. Stephens of Pamplico, South Carolina, born in Florence, South Carolina, who passed away on January 16, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Nackman Etly Poston and Ella Maybelle Poston; her children, Marcie Ellen Stephens and Michael Edward Stephens; and her siblings, James P. Poston, Mary Lois Hanna, Mavine Poston and Patricia Weaver.

She is survived by : her children, Sherry Matthews (Wayne) of Pamplico and Tim Stephens (Lisa) of Florence; her grandchildren, Dawn Ard (Ricky) of Greeleyville, Shanna Haselden (Luke) of Coward, Samantha Stephens of Florence and Joshua Stephens of Florence; her great grandchildren, Emileigh Ard of Greeleyville, Matthew Haselden of Coward and Jackson Haselden of Coward; her sister Ella Kay Poston of Hemingway; and her brother-in-law Charles Allen "BoBo" Stephens of Pamplico.
