He was predeceased by: his parents, James M. Feagin and Letha Conyers Feagin; his children, Joey Matthews, Danny Matthews and David Feagin; his brothers, Hagood Feagin and Junior Feagin; his brother-in-law Heyward Gibbons; and the mother of his children Barbara Jean Mims Feagin.
He is survived by: his wife Sheri Thomas Feagin; his grandchildren, Ashley Matthews, Eric Matthews (Taylor), Lindsey Matthews and Dustin Matthews (Ashley); his great grandchildren, Brittany Sims, AJ Matthews, Alyssa Matthews and Bailey Matthews; his sisters, Glenda Gibbons and Mary Jean Ard; and his stepchildren, Marion Poston (Hope) and Annie Baylor. He is also survived by extended family members including nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 29th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Carolina Funeral Home (215 E Hwy 378 Byp, Scranton, SC 29591). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 29th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Carolina Funeral Home Chapel (215 E Hwy 378 Byp, Scranton, SC 29591).
