He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Watkins and Esther Watkins; and his siblings, Charles Watkins, Edith Browning, Janice Townsend, Suzanne McFarland, Ellen Dale Harrison, Clara Jean Ritchie, Clarence Watkins and Jackie Watkins.
He is survived by: his daughters, Briana Savago (Patrick) of Charlotte, NC and Christy Sims of Pensacola, FL; his grandchildren, Liam, Connor, Bastion and Railynn; and his siblings, Larry Watkins (Joan), Thelma Campbell and Earl Watkins (Norma).
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bay Springs Baptist Church (474 Bay Springs Church Rd, Chesterfield, SC 29709).
