She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Nuzum and Elenore Nuzum; and her sister Julie Forrester. She is survived by: her husband Gene Wetmore; her daughters, Jennifer Sanders (Brian) of Spartanburg and Allison Sumerel (Brad) of Spartanburg; the father of her children G. Michael Hurst; her stepchildren, Blair Clementson (Charles) of Spartanburg and Andrew Wetmore (Leslie) of Union; her siblings, Carol Sharpe (Freddy) of Catawba, NC and Blair Nuzum (Jadey) of New London, NC; her grandchildren, Ellie Sumerel, Matilda Sanders, Emory Sumerel and Henry Sanders; her stepgrandchildren, Trent Wetmore, Abby Clementson, Charlotte Clementson and Charlie Clementson; and her stepgreat-grandson Camron Wetmore. She is also survived by many loving nieces and a nephew.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
