She was predeceased by: her parents, William Higgins and Adele Higgins. She is survived by: her husband Fred W. Brandigon; her cousins, Ann Molnar and Lauren Fiorella; and her siblings-in-law, Carole Cicerale, Tim Toomer (Donna) and Bill Toomer (Lisa) of Murrells Inlet. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Georgetown County Humane Society.
