He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Lori (Jeff Finan), Lisa (Greg Hammonds), Kristin (Scott Chomko), Michael and Sarah (Scott Lumpkin); and his siblings, Joanne Blohm, Sr., Rita Claire and Dan. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
