He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Columbus Lowrey and Edith Inez Browning Lowrey; and his sister Hellon Oglesby (Gene). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Powell Lowrey; his children, Michelle Cox (James) and Robert Michael (Tammy); his grandchildren, Rebecca Hull, Jared Cox, Tatum Cox, Mikey Lowrey (Emma) and Brittany McKoy (Marty); his great grandchildren, Isaac Hull and Connor Hull; and his siblings, Francis Hoffmier (Joel), Annette Outlaw and Johnny Lowrey (Carlette). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Family asks everyone to wear a mask during the service.
