It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Collis R Kelly of Pelion, South Carolina, born in Columbia, South Carolina, who passed away on November 12, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Collis Otto Kelly and Bessie Marie Knoche; and his wife Catherine Howell Kelly. He is survived by : his daughters, Mandy Steele of Lexington and Deni Kelly (Brian) of Lexington; his grandchildren, Madison Bearden (Chris), Cameron Steele, Laney Steele, Brayden Kelly and Kinley Cross; his brother Mike Kelly (Joyce); his stepbrother David Knoche (Carol); his sisters, Karen Johnson (Jerry), Brenda Scarborough (Bill) and Terry O'Neal (Phil); and his stepsisters, Lee Casey (Randy) and Pat Godley.
