He was predeceased by: his brother Donald Ray Crane Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Marsha Burroughs Crane; his children, Amanda Stiles (Adam), John David Burroughs (Shannon), Paul Seibert (Johnna) and Glenn Seibert; his stepdaughter Stacy Seibert; his grandchildren, Kinsley, Paisley, William, John David Burroughs Jr., Calvin, Christopher, Elizabeth, Isabella, Jaylan, Wyatt, Liam, Carson, Stormy Jade, Tesla, Dakota, Athena and Triton; his great grandchildren, Kelyn, Halo, Hadley, Elon, Axel, Ryder and Winter; and his brother Michael Crane. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Caughman-Harman Funeral Home - Lexington Chapel (503 N Lake Dr, Lexington, SC 29072). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the New Hope Baptist Church (249 State Rd S-32-1036, Pelion, SC 29123). A committal service will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Caughman-Harman Funeral Home - Lexington (503 N Lake Dr, Lexington, SC 29072). A burial will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at the Barrs Family Cemetery.
