She is survived by: her children, Clarissa Shentell Jean Samuels, Tarrance Shentell Samuels, Jr. and Jaxtyn Kordell James; the parent of her children Tarrance S. Samuels, Sr.; her parents, Eddie Dean Hutto and Wanda Jean Smoak Welch (Doug); her siblings, Amy McDonald (John), Amanda Smith and Stacey Hutto; and her grandmother Ann Smoak. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Blizzard Funeral Home Chapel (163 Main St S, Wagener, SC 29164). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
