He is survived by: his wife Ellen Loranda Robinson Cooley; his son John Cooley (Susan); his siblings, Ann Thompson and Carroll Cooley; his grandchildren, Elija Cooley and Brandon Urrego; and his great grandchildren, Cameron and Aynslee Urrego.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:15 PM at the Gray Mortuary (52 Main St, Pelzer, SC 29669). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Gray Mortuary Chapel (52 Main St, Pelzer, SC 29669).
