He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Roxanne Kuykendall and Clyde Wesley Kuykendall Jr.; and his siblings, Barbara Diane Walbridge (David), Samuel Lee Kuykendall (Donna), Arthur Lynn Kuykendall (Melinda), Sandra Darlene Timmons (Joey), Phillip Eugene Kuykendall (Kim) and Betty Nadine McCall. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
