She was predeceased by: her parents, Heyward Maddox and Frances Gentry Maddox; her sisters, Linda Burns and Shirley Maddox; and her great grandchild Gabriel Swafford.
She is survived by: her spouse Jerry Lewis Tumblin; her children, Gary Tumblin (Cynthia) and Renee Tumblin; her grandsons, Steven Lee and Robby Swafford (Polly); and her great grandchildren, Nicholas, Benjamine, Abigail and Stormie Swafford.
