He is survived by: his spouse Blanch Amerson DuBois; his children, Judy Timms (Robert), Olan DuBois (Maria) and Joyce Lane; his brother J. W. DuBois, Jr. (Linda); his grandchildren, Megan Hammonds (Joshua), Zachery Whitman, Matthew Whitman (Amy), Jessica Fletcher and Barry Bennett (Sheena); and his great grandchildren, Riley, Brayden, Brentley, Camden, Emma Grace Hammonds, Paisley Whitman, Violet Whitman, Layton, Hazleigh Ledford, Addilyn Dyer, Dale and Zoe Bennett.
