She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Hesper Haynes, Jr. and Priscilla Elizabeth Kelly Haynes; and her sister Diane Cooper. She is survived by: her sons, Brian Smith (Jean Hall) and Stacy Smith; her grandsons, Dalton Smith, Bryson Smith and Brady Smith; and her siblings, Sandra Burger (Kenneth), Tammy Lockee (Hal), Debbie Green, Larry Haynes and Vickie Trotter. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
