He was predeceased by: his parents, Wyatt A. Pruitt and Dorothy Padgett Pruitt; and his sister Ann Pruitt Moore. He is survived by: his wife Judy A. Pruitt; his children, Jim Pruitt (Jennifer) and Lisa Pruitt of Alliance, Nebraska; his stepson Andy Parker (Merri); his granddaughter Josie Parker; and his friend Steve Wiley.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sullivan-King Mortuary Chapel (3205 N Hwy 81, Anderson, SC 29621). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
