He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Earl Weaver and Ruby Waldrop Weaver; and his brothers, Larry James Weaver (Miriam) and Charles Webster Weaver (Cindy). He is survived by: his wife Margaret Bennett Weaver of Pendleton; his sons, Joseph Daniel "Danny" Weaver (Tracey) and Randall Gene Weaver; his grandchildren, Brandon Higginbotham (Stephanie), Justin Higginbotham (Macy), Jordan Higginbotham (Neely), Jacob Weaver, Makenzie Weaver, Chloe Weaver and Mark Weaver; and his siblings, Earl Eugene Weaver, Debra Weaver McAbee (Danny) and Janice Weaver Bostic (Conley). He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
