He was predeceased by: his father Thomas F. Jr. Fagan. He is survived by: his mother Theresa Fagan (Barlow) of Greenwood, SC; his children, Kemper Anne Fagan, LT Walter Harvey Fagan, Navy of Picayune, MS, Thomas Trenton Fagan of Pendleton, SC and LT Bedford Wayne Fagan; and his siblings, Lynn Cathcart (John) of Greenwood, SC, Tim Fagan (Loretta) of Moultrie, GA, Leslie Coughlan (Devon) of Ocean Ridge, FL and Lori Powell (Jason) of Anderson, SC. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to: The National Fish and Wildlife Foundation or a charity of your choice in memory of Thomas.
