He is survived by: his wife Judy Weaver Parks; his children, Tracylynn Burriss and Jason Parks; his stepdaughters, Gena Weaver Jordan (Dusty) and Mary "Beth" Weaver Wood (Clay); his grandchildren, Kali Gaynor (Ronald), Kera Parks, Kayson Parks, Derrick Padgett (Emily), Devon Padgett (Jessica), Emalee Swaney, Stone Swaney and Jaylee Swaney; and his great grandchildren, Ford Gaynor, Landon Padgett, Addison Padgett, Zoe Padgett, Oaklyn Padgett and T. J. Padgett.
