She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel Olar Chapman; her father Preston Gibson; her siblings, Mark, Ray, Clyde, Milton, Henry, Lucy Grant and Mae Chapman; and her great grandchild Lily Powell.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Crenshaw (Donald) of Pickens and Larry Chapman (Julie) of Pickens; her grandchildren, Denise, Tim, Travis, Stephanie, Cassie, Lucas and Brian; and her sisters, Dorothy Adams of Seneca and Myremb Durham of Six Mile. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
