He is survived by: his children, Chad Hulsey (April), Amanda Gamble (Nathan) and Ezra Hulsey (Jill); his grandchildren, Dakota Gamble, Mary Bennett (Kyle), Zeke Hulsey, Ezra Hulsey Jr., Tailor Bradley, Tarah Lee, Sam Layberger, Austin Ulrich and Saige Ulrich; and his sisters, Faye Suttles and Linda Bishop.
