He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Bud" James and Mildred Queen James. He is survived by: his wife Wanda James; his daughters, Leigh James of Easley and Mae Crawford (Scott) of Pickens; his grandchildren, Zachary Golden (Kayla) of Easley, Hannah Crawford (Kyle Morris) of Easley and Haleigh Crawford of Pickens; his great grandchildren, Connor Golden, Karleigh Golden, Colton Golden, Ryder Morris and Addison Morris; and his aunts, Thelma Ellenburg and Kathy Cable. He is also survived by several other family members and friends.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made in Gene's honor to Interim Hospice.
