He was predeceased by: his father Benjamin Lawrence Aiken; his wife Wanda J. Aiken; his son Jimmy Scruggs; his brother Gary Greene; and his stepfather Lester C. Greene.
He is survived by: his mother Mary A. Greene Aiken of Easley; his daughters, Sherry Sandifer of Easley and Cheryl Hannah of Norris; and his sisters, Lisa Patterson (Chuck) of Easley and Jean A. Hayes (Tom Crumpton) of Liberty. He is also survived by two loving grandchildren; three precious great-grandchildren.
