He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Smith and Betty Smith. He is survived by: his daughter Heather Rowland (Steve); his grandsons, Austin Rowland, Draven Rowland and Aiden Rowland; and his brothers, Dale Smith and Michael Wayne Smith.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 12th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Dillard Funeral Home (2402 Gentry Memorial Hwy, Pickens, SC 29671).
