He was predeceased by: his parents, James Howard Miller and Martha Gnell Waldrop Miller; and his brother Dennis Miller. He is survived by: his daughters, Jan Maready (Mike) of Liberty and Angie Long (Van) of Pickens; his grandchildren, Ayla, Clay, Darra and Ivy; his great grandchildren, Alex, Aria, Hudson and Myles; his sisters, Darlene Dennis (Dean) and Diann Toney (Jerry); and his sister-in-law Pam Miller. He is also survived by his loving nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Mountain Grove Baptist Church, 644 E. Preston McDaniel Hwy, Pickens SC 29671.
