He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald A. Collins and Betty H. Collins; his father-in-law Russell Riggins; and his sister-in-law Barbara Holcombe. He is survived by: his wife Reda Riggins Collins; his daughter Jessica Gilstrap (Jeremy); his grandsons, James and Jonston Gilstrap; his cousins, Ricky Wood (Julia) and Roger Wood (Donya); his mother-in-law Sylvia Riggins; his siblings-in-law, David Holcombe and Jan Kueber (Travis Hayes); his nieces and nephews, Russ Kueber (Sarah Catherine), Abbie, Shelby Kueber and Conner Hayes; and his great-nephews, Baylor and Bennett Kueber.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Chapel of Dillard Funeral Home (2402 Gentry Memorial Hwy, Pickens, SC 29671). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
