It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy M. Kelly (Pickens, South Carolina), who passed away on January 9, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her sisters, Lola Rowland of Liberty and Carolyn McCall of Liberty; her sister-in-law Carolyn Kay Ramey of Liberty; and her nieces and nephews, Larry Joe Ramey, Mary Ann Fowler (Mark), Joey Leard, Will Rowland, Becky Ramey, Jeffrey Rowland, Chris Kelley (Amie), Eddie Burns, Terri White (Tony), Christine Hardy (Mike) and Daryl Hellums (Taffie).
