He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Rackley and Faye Rackley. He is survived by: his siblings, Judy Rackley of Pickens, Wayne Rackley of Pickens, Steve Rackley (Sandra) of Central, Stanley Rackley of Pickens and Dennis Rackley (Nancy) of Pickens; and his aunt Vallie Mae Cobb. He is also survived by two nephews, one niece, eight great-nieces and great-nephews.
