She was predeceased by: her husband Hoyt Edward Franklin; her parents, Jake Rhodes and Daisey Hooper Rhodes; her daughter Debbie Walls; and her siblings, Betty Johnson, Pedab Rhodes, Judy Clark and Rita Pressley.
She is survived by: her son William Franklin (Tonya) of Liberty; her grandchildren, Meagan Highsmith (Billy) of Seneca, Justin Franklin of Easley and Tristin Franklin of Liberty; her great grandchildren, Karsyn, Kyler, Bailey and Creedence; her siblings, Jess Edward Rhodes (Frances) of Gainesville, GA, Richard Rhodes (Tess) of Simpsonville, Loretta Palmer of Gainesville, GA and John Daryl Rhodes of Jackson County, GA; and her close friend Guy Whitfield. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
