He was predeceased by: his parents, Kim Marie Carpenter Spurlock and Harold Edward Spurlock, Jr.; his brother Gary Daniel Spurlock; his grandparents, Frances Spurlock, Harold Edward Spurlock Sr., Eugene and Mary Carpenter; his aunt Cindy Carpenter; and his uncle Tony Rankin.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Laura Harbert; his children, Chloe, Trinity, Kim, Cammron, Wyatt and Harold Jr.; his aunts and uncles, Gary Spurlock of Walhalla, Betty Rankin of Westminster, Stan Howe and Debbie Howe; his cousins, Stacy Massey and Justin Rankin; and his grandson Jermiah Hall.
