He was predeceased by: his mother Roxie Jonell Capps Nix; and his sister Bessie Jonell Crocker The. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie M. Nix; his parent Willie Edward Nix, Sr.; his children, Christopher Talbert (Crystal) of Easley, Joseph Nix of Pickens, Crystal Galloway (Len) of Pickens, Rachel Taylor (Travis) of Summerville, Amber Hannah (Zach) of Pickens, Kayla Nix (James) of Pickens, Anna Nix of Pickens and Jamie Nix (Megan) of Easley; his brothers, Willie "Billy" Edward Nix, Jr. (Connie) and Joseph "Nicky" Nix (DeAnna); his brother-in-law Kenneth Crocker; and also Jennifer Johnson of Liberty. He is also survived by 20 loving grandchildren; one precious great-grandchild, many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Maranatha Baptist Church (144 Maranatha Dr, Pickens, SC 29671). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at the Bethlehem Church Cemetery (133 Bethlehem Church Rd, Pickens, SC 29671).
