He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy McCall and Carolyn Frances Harris. He is survived by: his stepmother Patricia Duncan of Six Mile; his siblings, Rosia Everett of Six Mile, Amanda Toney of Clemson, Nathan Neal (Zaran Metts) of Easley, Hannah Neal of Six Mile, Randall Duncan of Powhatan, Virginia, Stephanie Woodard (Tom) of Savannah, Georgia and Avery Duncan III (Tracey) of Suwanee, Georgia.; his nieces and nephews, Tony Roberts (Kaylee Cox), Sheila Roberts-Brawner (Matthew Klink), Hailey Toney and Brayden Toney; his great-niece Ryeitt Klink; and his nieces and nephews, Madelynn Woodard, Ensign David Woodard, Avery Duncan IV, Levi Duncan, Nicholas Duncan, Camden Duncan and Micah Duncan.
Flowers will be accepted, or memorials may be made in James' honor to a charity of one's choice.
