He is survived by: his parents, James Claude Reid and Mary Joann Reid; his daughters, Kimberly Moore of Greenville and Amber Reid (Josh Lyday) of Pickens; his stepchildren, Tisha Munger (David) of Georgia, Stanley Joe Hinton of Honea Path and Robert Wayne Hinton of Honea Path; his grandchildren, Jesse, Danielle, Skylar of Connor, KP, Savannah, Stefanie, Caleb, Arianna, Logan, Adalynn, Annie, April, Alyssa, Samantha, Kerigan, Waylon and Laine; and his sister Melissa Ann Reid of Liberty.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mountain View Funerals and Cremations - Pickens Chapel (105 Florence St, Pickens, SC 29671). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at the Hillcrest Memorial Park (2410 Gentry Memorial Hwy, Pickens, SC 29671).
