He was predeceased by : his parent Jerry Kelley, Sr.. He is survived by : his mother Meg Kelley of Easley, SC; his wife Joyce Kelley; his children, Deborah Rhodes (Matt) of Greenville, SC and Levi Kelley (Deidra) of Pickens, SC.; his grandchildren, Acen Kelley, Azariah Kelley and Annabeth Rhodes; and his siblings, Mike Kelley (Jenny) and Junise Stracener.

In addition to flowers, memorials may be made in Mr. Kelley's memory to MSA Hospice or Pickens View Wesleyan Church Missions.
