With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan O Winchester (Pickens, South Carolina), born in Liberty, South Carolina, who passed away on June 30, 2022 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Owen and Ozell Duncan Owen; and her brother Ted Owen. She is survived by: her husband Charles Winchester; her children, Diane Dumit, Kay Foster (Jackie), Tracy Lance (Robert) and John Winchester (Stacey); her grandchildren, Savannah Porter (Jonathan), Charlie Raye Johnson (Jeremy), Calton Kent (Ali), Brooke Reeves, Emaleigh Lance and Avery Lance; her great grandchildren, Cohen Porter, Townes Porter, Brody Kent, Andie Kate Kent and Amelia Johnson; and her brother Boyce Owen (Shirley). She is also survived by many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
