She was predeceased by: her father Owen Thomas; and her sister Linda Williams of Pickens. She is survived by: her husband Charles T. Elgin Sr.; her sons, Charles Timothy Elgin Jr. (Vicki) and Daryl Elgin (Sarena); her grandchildren, Jade Lakota Simmons, Taylor Cerridwen Belt, Austin Tyler Elgin and Ethan "Noah" Elgin; her stepgranddaughters, Katherine "Kat" Jordan Eller, Isabella "Bella" Diahnn Lawson and Alexandra "Alexx" Josephine Lawson; her great grandchildren, Alexander "Link" Simmons, Alicea "Ali" Raven Simmons, Denver Jack Elgin, Lyla "Bean" Harper Belt and Edward "Camden" Elgin; and her brother Marty Thomas of Six Mile.
