She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Nimrod Green and Elizabeth Brown Green; her grandson Noah Smith; and her siblings, Ruth Green, Marsha Boggs, Phyllis Craddock, Gerald Green and Wayne Green.
She is survived by: her husband Carlos Smith; her children, Karen Gossett (Corey) of Liberty, Greg Smith (Becky) of Central and Gary Smith of Central; her grandchildren, Abigail Smith, Jeffrey Blackwell, Zac Smith and Dylon Smith; her great grandchild John-David Bearden; and her siblings, Joyce Willimon, Charles Green, Keith Green, Mary Stewart and Susan Swift.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Mountain View Funerals and Cremations - Pickens Chapel (105 Florence St, Pickens, SC 29671). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cedar Hill Holiness Church. A burial was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at the Cedar Hill Holiness Church Cemetery.
