He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rudloph Whitlock and Ethelene Black Whitlock; and his siblings, Donnie Whitlock, Cathy Whitlock and Jean Holden.
He is survived by: his wife Fannie Elizabeth Whitlock; his daughter Pamela Burrell (Daniel) of Pendleton; his grandsons, Justin Burrell and Cody Burrell; and his sisters, Joann Todd (Richard) of Six Mile and Lynn Greer of Williamston. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
