He was predeceased by: his father Leland Thomas Kelly; and his wife Beverly Elliot Kelly. He is survived by: his sister Theresa Dunkley of Central; and his sibling's children, Russell Kelly, Kaitlyn Dunkley, Kelsey Dunkley, Jordan Dunkley and Chris Looper.
