She was predeceased by: her parents, John Caldwell and Peggy Caldwell; and her sister Karen Caldwell Banks. She is survived by: her brother Stephen Caldwell of Georgia; and her sons, Scott Banks (Dawn), Jonathan Banks (Allyson) and Shawn Banks. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
