She was predeceased by: her mother Celia Chappell Hamilton; her husband Winfred E "Leggs" McAtee; and her brother Mervin Hamilton. She is survived by: her children, Ernie Keeney (Kim), Ramona Keeney, Earlene Keeney, Denise Mickealson (Ross), Renee Oglesby (Sidney), Brian Keeney (Loretta), Barbara Bramblett (Tony), Belinda Catoe (Tim) and Scott McAtee; and her sister Brenda Burnett (Jimmy). She is also survived by his many children there are numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
